Submission of Ownership Claim Registration through Form A

Form A is submitted to register the subscribers' interest in motor vehicles, goods or equipments which are subjects of hire purchase and leasing agreement. It should be submitted promptly to avoid double financing of hire purchase or leasing agreements.

Submission of Discharge of Ownership Claim Registration through Form B

Form B is submitted in the event of a discharge of an agreement, which has been previously registered through Form A.

Submission of Form G for the registration of a guarantor

Form G is submitted to register, change or discharge a guarantor's information of an existing hire-purchase or leasing agreement. This form can be submitted with Form A.

Ownership Enquiries

FIS keeps records of motor vehicles, goods and equipments that are under finance by the subscribers. Such records are stored in FIS system for easy retrieval by the subscribers. FIS has about 4 million records on motor vehicles, goods or equipments under ownership claim by our subscribers. The main purpose is to prevent double financing.
