Who Must Comply?This policy applies to FIS and all subsidiaries, covering directors, officers, and employees. It also extends to third parties, including agents, distributors, contractors, suppliers, and others performing services for FIS, who must comply with relevant aspects of this policy.
Bribery, Corruption, and Legal StandardsBribery is the most common form of corruption which involves offering, giving, accepting, or soliciting an advantage to influence actions illegally or a breach of trust for personal or commercial gain. Bribery and corruption are punishable offences under the MACC Act.
Gifts, Hospitality And EntertainmentFIS acknowledges that Gifts, Hospitality and Entertainment (GHE) may be an appropriate business practice but, improper, or excessive GHE can be a form of bribery, corruption, or gratification.
Stop Corruption With UsWe are dedicated to adhering to all laws and regulations that govern our business and operations, including FIS's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all relevant anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and policies.
